How do I do a return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
How do I do an exchange?
- If you would like to exchange your item(s), we ask that you start a return and then place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 15 days of your initial order.
- Items must be in original new condition.
NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY.
- Must have all original packaging, including all tags and labels, and be unworn.
- If your returned merchandise is denied, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the items to you.

How soon will I get my returned item?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the item has been shipped out. Processed will take up to 5 to 7 working days

- SoulieLove Collections Flat rate for Shipping on order applies to all orders over U.S. 48 States Only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). SoulieLove Collections Shipping will be shipped via UPS, USPS First Class, or UPS Priority Mail. These methods typically take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that all USPS shipments are not guaranteed services and the actual time in transit may take longer than the stated delivery time. Exchanges are subject to an additional shipping fee.
- The rate for Flat Rate Shipping is $8.99 for all orders within the Continental U.S. 48 States.
- Standard rates apply to other methods including air shipping. Quotes are available in your shopping cart.
- We will not issue refunds for shipping costs due to delays caused by acts of god, including but not limited to bad weather conditions, earthquakes, or other issues out of our control.
