How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of the date you received it. Online credit exchange Only, less the shipping charge. Please return items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used for the original item. SoulieLove reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes. You are responsible to create your own return label. I will Only pay for a return label when SoulieLove Collections shipped the wrong Items, return label will result in $8.95, it depends on where you are shipping from. We are not responsible for lost packages so please keep your receipt to track your returned items. Once received we will send you an email letting you know that the item was received, we will also send you another email letting you know that your package has been shipped out and it’s on it way Along with a tracking number. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.
No Refund Exchange only?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date, for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the exchange is completed.
Am I able to return my item(s) online at SoulieLove Collections?
Yes, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of your purchase date for an exchange or store credit. Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale”, reduced sale items, merchandise discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer, bodysuits, T-shirts, sweatsuits, Dresses, hoodies or any items are not returnable.
Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
SoulieLove Collections currently accepts exchanges only if the size doesn’t fit.
Can I return “Final Sale” items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale”, items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer, reduced sale items, bodysuits, Sweatsuits or T-shirts are not returnable.
Online Credit
No refunds on purchases (Only) online credit or returns, the refund will be issued as a gift card as an online credit. The credit will be available for 30 days, starting from the date you received the email.
International Return Policy
Exchange Only is accepted on full-price merchandise that is shipped back within 15 days of its delivery date. In the case of a return, you will be credited to store credit U.S. SoulieLove Collections is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
