Q. What should I do if my tracking number says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?
A. Once your package is released to the shipping facility it is no longer the responsibility of The SoulieLove Collections. You will have to file a claim with the United States Postal Service to track your package and resolve your issue.
Q. How should I wash my SoulieLove Collections sets?
A. We suggest washing your sets in cold water and on the gentle cycle. Dryer sets at the lowest heat setting to preserve color and the logo.
Q. How often do you update the site?
A. Our site is updated went New Item are available.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. We do not offer returns only exchanges. We will issue a store credit that remains on file until used if the set you are returning is no longer in stock.
Q. What sizes does your one size fits most sets fit?
A. Our one size fits most sets fit sizes S -2X.
Q. Do you carry plus size?
A. We do carry a few plus size pieces and will be adding to the collection.
Q. Can I break my payment in two installments?
A. Yes! We offer Paypal pay Later.
Q.Do you offer pick up?
A. No, shipping only.
Q.Can I add to an existing order?
A. Once an order has been placed we can not add to or edit the order.
Q. Can I cancel my order once it’s been place if I change my mind?
A. Once an order has been placed and completed you can not cancel but have to follow the exchange policy.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm EST. Emails are answered during business hours only. Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply.
Q. Can my pictures be used by SoulieLove Collections?
A. The SoulieLove Collections, LLC has the right to use pictures and/or videos submitted voluntarily by customers for any use to include social media posting, website usages, and or email and text message marketing.
